Human Resources Director

Chelsea Gleason started working for Taylor Life Center. in May 2004 and is now the human resources director. Chelsea possesses over seven years of human resources and organization development experience and has expertise in training development and leadership and management coaching. Chelsea utilizes her knowledge to create forward-thinking workplaces throughout the organization.

Chelsea is responsible for the overall recruitment and hiring procedures, as well as overseeing audits of personnel records. Along with that, Chelsea ensures Taylor Life Center is in compliance with all employment laws. Chelsea also has experience working with unemployment procedures and health benefits.

Recently, Chelsea has taken on the role of contract manager for our clinical contractors, where she creates and distributes all contracts to our clinical contractors.

In her free time, Chelsea enjoys shopping, camping, traveling, and spending time with her son.
